We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If you request a refund within 3 days of payment, the full amount will be refunded after deducting 18% GST.
- Partial Refund: If you request a refund within 7 days from the date your appointment and treatment plan were shared, 50% of the payment will be refunded after deducting 18% GST.
- No Refund: Refund requests made after 7 days from sharing the appointment and treatment plan will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription or services at any time, but refunds will be processed based on the conditions mentioned above.
- If cancellation occurs after the treatment plan has been shared, only a partial refund will be issued as per the policy.
3. Refund Processing
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
4. Modifications to Policy
- Amarelo Azul reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our platform, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
