1. Order Cancellation
> Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
> Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
> Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. 10-Day Return Policy
> Customers may request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Returned products must be:
> Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
> In their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
> Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Eligible Reasons for Return
> Incorrect item delivered.
> Damaged or defective product.
> Size issues (subject to stock availability for exchange).
